Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is the leading distributor of team athletic gear in the United States. This Field Sales Professional role covers Savannah, GA, with hybrid home/field duties, local travel, and evenings/weekends as needed.

You will drive revenue through consultative coaching and relationship-building across schools and clubs. You will prospect, manage accounts, and use CRM tools to optimize territory performance, while receiving comprehensive training and generous commission

Qualifications

• High level of self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiently prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Intermediate skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead campaigns.
• Resilience to handle rejection and persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales across all sports in existing accounts.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account list and travel within territory.
