Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the Cincinnati area. You will drive full-cycle revenue from prospecting to account management, serving schools, clubs, and community programs.

The role emphasizes consultative service, relationship building, and data-driven territory planning. You will work in a hybrid environment with local travel and evenings/weekends as needed, building a strong pipeline and delivering best-in-class support to coaches and program

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues.
• Effective prioritization and time management to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Identify and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM activity, account management, and prospecting records.
• Increase sales across sports and levels within existing accounts.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within the assigned territory to manage local client relationships.
