BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the Atlanta metro area. The role combines home-office and field work, serving schools and community programs with consultative sales, lead generation, and full-cycle account management.

You will travel locally within the territory, build a strong pipeline, and partner with coaches to drive growth across sports. Must have 3+ years in B2B outside sales or coaching and a reliable vehicle.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports-related background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, insurance, and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory and drive revenue.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads via cold-calling and lead-gen campaigns within the territory.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking to support sales.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel 2–5+ days per week within the territory.
