Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand our presence with local and regional commercial customers. This field-based, new-business development role is for a true sales hunter—opening doors, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing profitable business.

You will develop your assigned territory through face-to-face prospecting, consultative selling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in B2B outside/new-business sales.
• Ability to build pipeline and close new customers.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new-business sales strategy for an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify high-potential prospects and build a qualified pipeline.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer cash-handling practices.
• Present GardaWorld capabilities and propose solutions.
• Close profitable new business and transition to implementation.
