Job summary

GardaWorld Cash Services is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to expand our presence with local and regional commercial customers in Los Angeles. This field-based role is for a true sales hunter—opening doors, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing profitable business.

You will develop your territory through in-person prospecting, consultative selling, and targeted outreach, while aligning solutions that improve security, cash handling efficiency, and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in B2B sales, outside sales or new-business development.
• Ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and close new customers.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new-business sales strategy for an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify high-potential prospects, industries, and commercial areas within the market.
• Build a qualified pipeline through in-person prospecting, telephone outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers at local, regional, and multi-location businesses.
• Advance qualified opportunities through full sales cycle and close profitable new business.
• Maintain accurate and timely prospecting, pipeline, and sales activity information in applicable systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Implementation, and Sales leadership.
• Participate in pricing and contract discussions and negotiate within established approval requirements.
• Meet or exceed individual objectives for prospecting, meetings, pipeline growth, and revenue.
