Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Houston, TX to drive new-business growth within a defined territory. You will prospect, build relationships, and close profitable opportunities across local and regional commercial customers.

You will travel locally and regionally, develop a disciplined pipeline, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to tailor GardaWorld cash-management solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• Proven success in B2B sales, outside/territory sales, or new business development.
• Ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and close new customers.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with initiating conversations face-to-face and via phone outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new-business sales strategy for an assigned territory.
• Identify high-potential prospects and commercial areas within the market.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through in-person prospecting and referrals.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers at local and regional businesses.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand cash-handling needs and priorities.
• Present GardaWorld capabilities, including cash services and related solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Advance opportunities through the full sales cycle to close new business.
• Maintain accurate prospecting, pipeline, and activity data in systems.
• Travel locally/regional as required to meet customers and prospects.
