Job summary

Distribution International is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive territory growth for energy-efficient insulation and building materials. You will build relationships, prepare quotes, and manage accounts to increase sales and margins.

The role requires travel within a 250-mile radius up to 75% of the time, strong communication, CRM experience, and a customer-centric approach. Base + commission compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience (B2B).
• Overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the territory by calling on new and existing customers.
• Plan and execute pre-call planning and maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in current and new product lines.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations for customers.
