Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a territory and drive growth for our insulation and building products distribution division. You will independently develop customer relationships, present solutions, and close opportunities while meeting safety and travel requirements.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial drive, strong communication, and the ability to navigate the construction and building materials market.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General contractor/building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insulation/building science is a plus.
• Understanding of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution.
• Grow sales and promote the brand across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Manage dealer orders, requests, and system acknowledgements.
• Travel within a 250-mile radius, up to 75% of the time.
