Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a defined territory, grow sales of insulation and building products, and promote the brand with high-energy and integrity. You will develop strong customer relationships, handle orders, and deliver compelling presentations to drive growth.

The role requires a proven outside sales track record, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel across a defined region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required for company travel.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, motivated to win, personable and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution while growing sales and promoting the brand.
• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects within your territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Review dealer orders and system generated acknowledgements; use computer systems to process requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
