Job summary

Service Partners invites an Outside Sales Associate to lead growth for our insulation and building products distribution division. You will manage a territory, build relationships with customers, and drive high-velocity sales while representing the brand with integrity.

The role emphasizes strong presentation and negotiation skills, with opportunities to earn uncapped commissions based in part on performance. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgements using computer tools.
