Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a defined territory and accelerate growth for our insulation and building products distribution division. You will build strong relationships with customers, prospect new accounts, and drive top-line results with a high-velocity sales approach.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of the construction/building industry.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in the territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills to process dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
