Job summary

Distribution International is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue and margins in California. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, plan sales activities, and use CRM data to maximize opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or some college), at least one year in outside B2B sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75%. The role offers base salary with commission, plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales volume and profits within the territory by actively calling on new and existing customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, reports, and product/industry presentations to customers at all levels within the customer’s company.
• Report on weekly sales activities, operations, and forecasting information.
