Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the Sacramento, CA area. This hybrid role requires 2–5 days per week in the territory, with local travel to schools and events.

The position drives full-cycle sales—from prospecting to account management—using CRM and delivering best-in-class service to coaches and athletic programs. Hours vary; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods or coaching/sports background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
