Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to manage a territory with a hybrid home/field setup. You will drive full-cycle sales, build relationships with schools and programs, and travel 2-5 days per week.

You will leverage CRM data to identify opportunities, expand multi-sport penetration, and deliver best-in-class service to coaches and administrators across the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
• Must have reliable vehicle, driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean record

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relations.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within accounts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage accounts and travel within territory.
