BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is recruiting a Field Sales Professional to serve as a consultative partner to schools, clubs, and community programs. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service, while delivering best-in-class support that simplifies operations for coaches and program leaders.

This hybrid, local-territory role requires 2–5 days of travel weekly within the territory, including evenings and weekends as needed, with benefits and a robust training

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Use data insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage territory travel and client relationships locally.
