Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, invites an experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team in Orange County, CA. This hybrid role combines home-office work with local school and community engagements, requiring 2–5 days per week in the territory and frequent travel to client locations.

You will drive full-cycle sales, cultivate relationships with coaches, and deliver consultative service while meeting revenue targets. Evening/weekend hours may be needed based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales (sporting goods preferred) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Utilize data-driven BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account list and travel within the territory.
