Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the Fresno County area. This hybrid role combines home-office work with in-person coaching and school/community events to drive sport-supply sales across multiple programs.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage key accounts, and generate revenue by expanding multi-sport penetration while leveraging CRM data and territory planning. Requires 3+ years B2B outside sales or coaching background and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2-3 lines describing candidate should be autonomous and able to manage tasks
• Requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background
• Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads; conduct cold-calling and lead campaigns.
• Travel 2-5 days a week within territory; manage relationships in CRM.
