Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive direct B2B sales of supplemental insurance while mentoring a growing team. You will meet business owners in your local territory, lead by example, and expand your book of business with integrity and persistence.

This full-time role blends outside selling with leadership development, offers structured support, a weekly draw, and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• Ability to mentor and train others.
• Strong relationship-building and communication.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain activity and client records using Salesforce.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
