Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to drive direct B2B supplemental insurance sales in your local territory. You will meet business owners and staff face-to-face, present benefit options, and guide enrollment decisions while building a sustainable independent contractor business.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and leadership support, with commission-based compensation and weekly base draw as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Seasoned sales professional with face-to-face client experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willing to travel locally with reliable transportation.
• Able to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
