Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Hayward, CA is seeking a Field Sales Executive II to drive profitable revenue growth by marketing CEVA's products and services within a defined geographic territory.

You will schedule face‑to‑face sales calls, build relationships with station and operations managers, manage target accounts, meet quotas, and collaborate with team members to deliver results. Requires 3 years sales experience and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years related sales experience and 2 years industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license, driving record and insurance.
• Fluent English; ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials.
• Knowledge of CEVA products and services; sales process familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and participate in training sessions.
• Interact with station/operations managers to meet customer needs.
• Schedule and conduct planned face-to-face sales calls.
• Enter sales data and generate reports as directed.
• Maintain target accounts and progress toward closing.
• Meet sales quotas as defined by the company.
• Collaborate with sales and operations staff in a team environment.
• Follow Sales Performance Policy and Commission Model.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
