CEVA Logistics in the United States is seeking a results-oriented business development professional to drive new contracts for our global logistics operations. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing, and build a robust pipeline to meet ambitious targets.

The role requires a hunter mentality, experience selling to businesses, and the ability to present forecasts and reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Hunter mentality with business-to-business sales experience in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts; drive the full sales cycle from engagement to close.
• Prospect for potential customers using direct and indirect methods to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Provide forecasts on best case volumes and deliver opportunities and activity reports to leadership.
• Develop knowledge of products and services; collaborate with station and operations managers to meet customer needs.
• Schedule and conduct a set number of face-to-face sales visits as directed.
• Input sales call information into the designated sales data system and produce reports.
• Maintain target accounts and strive to meet quotas; support a team-selling environment.
