Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring a Field Sales Executive III in Cincinnati, OH to drive new business and close strategic contracts for our global logistics operations. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, build a healthy pipeline, and coordinate with operations to meet customer needs.

The role rewards a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of executive-level sales in transportation.

Qualifications

• Logistics, transportation and supply chain knowledge with 5+ years.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 10+ years in lieu of degree in sales in transportation.
• Hunter mentality and B2B sales experience with base plus commission.
• Experience closing sales at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts; drive full sales cycle from initial engagement to close.
• Prospect via direct methods (calls, meetings) and indirect methods (networking).
• Provide forecasts, present opportunities, and submit activity reports to leadership.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and operations.
• Interact with station and operations managers to align customer needs.
