Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an energetic Business Development professional in Houston to expand our logistics operations. You will establish relationships with new customers, drive the entire sales cycle from engagement to close, and build a healthy pipeline to exceed targets.

You will provide forecasts, deliver sales presentations, and collaborate with station and operations teams to meet customers' needs. A hunter mindset and a track record of success in logistics sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years' sales experience in transportation can substitute for a degree.
• Hunter mentality with proven sales achievements in base-plus-commission environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts across our logistics operations.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close; maintain a healthy pipeline to meet targets.
• Provide forecasts and present opportunities, reports, and activity to leadership.
