Job summary

T-ROC, The Revenue Optimization Companies, is hiring a Territory Field Lead for Spring, TX. You will support growth across the territory, working closely with Agent store leaders and regional/HQ directors to ensure KPI achievement, brand alignment, and launch readiness.

You will enable field teams through targeted sales strategies, manage agent relationships, and coordinate priority launches while traveling within your territory to meet goals. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across the assigned territory to drive revenue and profitability.
• Serve as the primary field liaison for Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ directors.
• Implement localized sales enablement plans and coordinate launches for near-term priorities.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with existing agents and build new agent relationships.
