You are a proven communicator and relationship builder who thrives in high‑volume settings, analyzes data to resolve roadblocks, and helps partners succeed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across your territory to help improve revenue and profit.
• Work on the ground with Agent store leaders and sync directly with regional and HQ directors.
• Serve as the vital link that implements KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness.
• Primary field sales enablement for the Indirect Agent channel to drive revenue, growth, and profitability.
• Work side‑by‑side with Agents, acting as the field liaison for store leadership, regional directors, and HQ directors.
• Coordinate field readiness and sales enablement with Agent leadership to maximize territory sales performance.
