Job summary

T-ROC in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Territory Field Lead to drive sales enablement across the Agent network and coordinate with local store leadership.

The role emphasizes KPI achievement, brand alignment, partner relationships, and real-time field execution to support national launches and growth.

You will travel within the territory, work with agents and regional HQ, and contribute to revenue, profitability, and territory readiness.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Goals: Implement localized sales enablement plans across assigned Agent locations to support revenue growth and regional goals.
• Execute Sales Support: Enhance agent capabilities and performance through product knowledge and tailored sales strategies.
• Build Partner Relationships: Establish and grow positive partnerships with existing agents and create new agent relationships.
• Advocate for Frontline Tools: Champion the use of assisted-sales tools and triage frameworks with Agent store leadership to minimize errors.
• Coordinate Field Readiness & Sales Enablement: Partner with Agent leadership to coordinate launches, updates, and trainings.
• Communicate Changes and Updates: Translate strategic changes into day-to-day operational updates for teams.
