Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a results-driven Territory Field Representative to support growth across a dedicated Agent territory. You will work with Agent store leaders and sync with regional/HQ directors to ensure in-store execution, KPI achievement, and readiness for national launches.

You will travel within the territory, build strong partner relationships, and champion frontline tools while driving revenue, profitability, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Goals: Implement localized enablement plans across Agent locations to drive revenue, profitability, and regional sales goals.
• Execute Sales Support: Enhance agent capabilities with product knowledge and tailored sales strategies to hit targets.
• Monitoring and evaluating agent and channel sales performance for continuous improvement.
