Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Access Specialist to manage defined accounts within a cardiac therapeutic area. You will execute territory strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including call centers and HUBs.

You will educate offices on access processes, patient service programs, and prior authorization workflows while addressing coverage challenges and payer changes. Must live within territory boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in third-party access or pharma support.
• Experience with specialty/biologic self-injectable or buy&bill products.
• Ability to educate offices on access processes and patient programs.
• Able to manage ambiguity and work within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of call center/HUB providing live coverage support.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and relay payer changes.
• Educate offices on access processes, copay, and patient services.
• Review patient info in reimbursement cases to resolve access issues.
