Job summary

Syneos Health in Nashville is seeking a Field Access Specialist to manage defined accounts within the cardiac therapeutic area. You will execute territory plans and collaborate with call center/HUB, payers, market access, and other partners to support patient access programs.

You will educate offices on access processes, review reimbursement details, and navigate prior authorizations and claims, while leveraging your payer expertise and relationship-building to drive access outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in public or private third-party access arena or 6 years biologic coordinator experience.
• Experience with specialty/biologic self-injectable or physician-administered products.
• Ability to educate offices on access processes and patient service programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the call center/HUB and provide live one-on-one coverage support.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes to key stakeholders.
• Educate offices on access processes including copay, nurse education, patient assistance, etc.
• Review patient-specific information in reimbursement cases to resolve access issues.
