Job summary

Syneos Health in Nashville is seeking a Field Access Specialist to manage defined accounts within the cardiac therapeutic area. You will execute the territory plan in partnership with call center services, HUB, sales, and market access teams to optimize patient access.

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in third-party access or pharma support.
Experience with specialty/biologic self-injectable products.
Able to educate offices on access processes and patient programs.
Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

Act as an extension of the HUB and provide live one-on-one coverage support.
Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes.
Educate offices on formulary coverage, benefits verification, prior authorization, and appeals.
Review patient-specific information in reimbursement cases as needed.
Ensure compliance with territory boundaries and process timelines.
