Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Group in Oklahoma City seeks a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our optical and Rx business with eye care professionals. You’ll source and develop new clients, conduct calls with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians, and promote Carl Zeiss Vision products using consultative selling.

You will implement account plans, document activities, and drive territory expansion while collaborating with marketing and sales leadership.

Qualifikationen

• HSD / GED or Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably Rx/optical/medical device or Fortune 500 experience.
• In lieu of outside sales, 5+ years of optical sales may suffice.
• Strong forecast and CRM usage for opportunity tracking.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and strategic targets (premium lenses, coatings, etc.).
• Use Salesforce.com to identify key customer targets and increase territory sales.
• Profile customer stores, financials, and business models to craft value-based sales strategies.
• Lead pre-call planning and sales conversations with ECPs; build trusted advisor relationships.
• Close deals and develop account plans; collaborate with teams to expand CZV share.
• Prepare and submit timely expense reports and manage travel costs.
