Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Oklahoma City area and surrounding regions. You will engage eye care professionals to promote Carl Zeiss Vision products and services, using consultative selling and Salesforce CRM to track activity and outcomes.

In this role you will develop territory plans, execute programs, and conduct on-site trainings to increase demand, while collaborating with sales leadership to hit quarterly targets and expand market

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably Rx/optical/medical devices.
• Strong forecasting and CRM usage to drive opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and other programs.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to identify key customer targets and increase territory sales.
• Profile stores and create value-based sales strategies for profitability.
• Lead pre-call planning, anticipate objections, and act as trusted advisor to ECPs.
• Drive sales conversations and close deals while expanding ZEISS product portfolio.
• Plan and conduct on-site trainings and seminars to increase demand for Carl Zeiss Vision labs and lenses.
