Total Equipment Management is seeking a Territory/Outside Sales Representative to grow relationships within an assigned territory, identify equipment sales and rental opportunities, and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through completion.

You will develop product knowledge, build a strong customer base, and coordinate with branch staff to deliver professional service, timely communication, and effective solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of sales experience in the compact construction equipment, heavy equipment, rental, or related industry.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to prospect for new business and manage an existing customer base with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow relationships within an assigned territory and identify equipment sales and rental opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, applications, and how they meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with branch staff and sales coordinators to ensure accurate and timely sales transactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer visits to help identify the right equipment and solutions.
