Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an ES Territory Executive II to drive direct sales and manage relationships with both new and existing customers. You will assess environmental service needs and facilitate delivery of tailored solutions, while expanding service offerings and growing revenue.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer plans, developing a sales funnel, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer goals.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience within the waste industry - preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach.
• Understand customer operations and compliance needs to design solutions and align with customer goals.
• Utilize CRM daily to document activities and follow up on leads.
