Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy hiring a Territory Director to lead strategic partner relationships and drive new customer acquisitions in the Northeast US. You will own territory development, navigate complex sales cycles, and collaborate across teams to close multi-million dollar deals.

With 5–15 years in consulting sales, you will co-sell with Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic, and other partners while delivering measurable results in Data Engineering, ML, and analytics services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables and pricing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML, Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other partners to sell data/AI services.
• Drive lead generation activities to grow market share in your region.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Forecast, update deals, and manage sales pipeline.
