Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy hiring a Territory Director to scale our business in the Northeast US. You will own the territory, build executive relationships, and drive revenue through co-selling with top partners like Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic, and others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services, with cloud/data/AI experience a plus.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the US Northeast region.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets across Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML, and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other partners to win enterprise deals.
• Drive lead generation through cold calls, emails, social, and events.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Own phData brand in your territory and manage accounts end-to-end.
• Identify stakeholders and budget owners across lines of business.
• Accurately forecast deals and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete training for new initiatives.
