Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, is seeking a Territory Director focused on the Northeast US. You will drive multi-product sales across Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML, and Analytics, partnering with industry leaders and ecosystem players to source and close strategic deals.

You’ll own territory development, manage complex buying cycles, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in technology services.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS a plus).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing $250K+ deals.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML, and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic and other ecosystem partners.
• Drive and execute lead generation activities to grow market share.
• Partner with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Take accountability for phData brand in territory and accounts.
• Navigate complex org structures to identify stakeholders and budget owners.
• Accurately forecast, update deals, and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete training for continuous improvement and new initiatives.
