Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, is seeking a Territory Director focused on the Northeast US. You will build strategic partner relationships, source new customers, and manage territory accounts while driving multi-million dollar outcomes.

You will lead co-selling with Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic, and other partners, navigate complex buying groups, and forecast pipeline while mentoring teams across delivery and sales. Strong influence and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing $250K+ deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning, and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other ecosystem partners to sell data and AI engineering services.
• Drive and execute lead generation activities across calls, email, social, events.
• Partner with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Take accountability for the phData brand in territory and accounts, including sales, delivery and customer success.
• Navigate complex org structures to identify stakeholders and budget owners.
• Accurately forecast, update deals, and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete and embrace training for continuous improvement.
