Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, seeks a Territory Director to scale our business in the US. You will own strategic partner relationships, source new customers, and manage executive-level engagements within your territory.

You will drive multi-year pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results across data engineering, ML, and analytics practices. This role offers significant ownership and a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services or consulting sales.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in data engineering, analytics and AI services.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other ecosystem partners.
• Drive lead generation and account expansion within your territory.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and engineers to scope solutions for prospects.
