Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy actively expanding in the US market. The Territory Director will build and nurture strategic partner relationships, source and close new customers, and manage accounts across data engineering, analytics, and ML services.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with MDs, engineering, and marketing to craft compelling solutions and grow market share in the Northeast and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in technology services.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS or similar).
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables and pricing.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and be inclusive in the sales process.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing $250K+ deals.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets across all practice areas (Data Eng., Managed Services, ML, Analytics).
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and ecosystem partners to sell data and AI services to enterprises.
• Drive lead generation via calls, email, social, and regional events to grow market share.
• Collaborate with MDs, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Own phData brand in territory; manage sales, delivery and customer success.
• Navigate organizational structures to identify key stakeholders and budget owners.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; update deals accordingly.
• Complete ongoing training for company initiatives.
