Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, seeks a Territory Director to scale our business in the Northeast US. You will own strategic partnerships, source new customers, and manage relationships across buying accounts.

The role requires navigating complex sales cycles and driving cross-functional collaboration with MDs, engineering, and marketing. You will exceed sales targets across Data Engineering, ML, Analytics, and Managed Services, co-sell with top partners, run lead gen, forecast

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technology services sales.
• Experience co-selling with tech partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, pricing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning, and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other partners to sell services.
• Drive lead generation activities (cold calls, email, events) to grow regional market.
• Partner with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions to prospects.
• Take accountability for the phData brand in territory including sales, delivery and customer success.
• Navigate complex org structures to identify key stakeholders and budget owners.
• Accurately forecast, update deals, and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete training for continuous improvement and new initiatives.
