Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to engage business owners in Utah and beyond, presenting supplemental insurance products in person. You will build a personal book of business, schedule and run face-to-face meetings, and manage a 40-hour workweek with weekly targets.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle objections. Training is provided, with performance bonuses, promotions, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Sales background is a plus; willingness to succeed.
• Experience meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses and existing clients to re-service.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own schedule and report weekly to manager.
• Provide in-person product presentations to groups of 5–100+ people.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain your own book of business.
• Respond to general emails/phone calls from clients and follow up.
