Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic outside sales professional to grow with the team in a defined territory. You will train in the basics of the sales cycle and advanced techniques, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.

Travel to other territories is possible but not required. The ideal candidate is self-driven, able to overcome objections, and committed to a full-time 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Candidates with prior sales experience are preferred but not required; training provided.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Call on small and medium businesses in assigned territory and meet with owners/decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services to employees.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage a book of business.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and drive revenue growth.
• Submit daily sales metrics and activity to manager.
