Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team in a direct sales capacity. You will meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products and build lasting client relationships.

You will manage your own schedule, call on new and existing clients, and work to achieve monthly and quarterly targets with support from the sales team. A licensed status or licensing reimbursement is offered.

Responsibilities

• This is an outside sales position in your own assigned territory.
• Call on small and medium-sized businesses to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers; present products to employees when needed.
• Set follow-up appointments and review clients' needs; maintain your own book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets with sales team manager; discuss goals and quotas.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and plan your weekly work hours.
