Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic salesperson to grow with us. The role includes extensive training in both online and hands-on formats, working in your own sales territory, and occasional travel within the team.

You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products to employees. This is an outside sales position with a focus on building your own book of business, handling leads, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ≥4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursed).
• Strong ability to handle objections, work independently, and build a book of business.
• Willing to work a full-time 40-hour work week in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses in your territory to offer insurance products and services.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers; conduct product presentations.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set your own schedule and submit hours weekly; follow up on leads and existing clients.
