Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit businesses in your territory, explain supplemental insurance products, and build lasting client relationships. You will manage your own schedule while collaborating with a supportive team to drive sales and meet targets.

You’ll engage business owners and benefits managers, present solutions to individuals and groups, and maintain a growing book of business across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing abilities and active listening to assess client needs.
• Ability to manage a territory and build a book of business.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered)

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses within your territory to introduce and explain our supplemental insurance products.
• Develop lasting relationships and trust with clients and decision-makers.
• Set your own schedule and manage time effectively while supported by a team.
• Meet with business owners and managers in person to discuss coverage options for employees.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and track sales metrics daily.
• Work with sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
