Job summary

Brasseler USA is seeking a driven sales professional to drive gross profit in the assigned territory. You will promote and sell Brasseler products, analyze customer needs, and build lasting relationships with dental offices, labs, schools, Government facilities, and institutions.

You will leverage CRM to manage the sales funnel, respond to leads via cold calls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Travel is typically required in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Gross Profit Target for Territory through sales achievement.
• Present, promote and sell products using Brasseler value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnel
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction and hit targets.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competition.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
