Brasseler USA Inc. seeks a District Sales Manager to drive gross profit and sales targets across territories, promoting Brasseler dental and medical instruments to dental offices, labs, schools, and government facilities.

You will build market share, manage CRM, and maintain strong customer relationships, traveling as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of B2B sales are required, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve Gross Profit Target for Territory through sales achievement.
• Present, promote and sell products using Brasseler value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnel.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
