Brasseler USA Inc. in California is seeking a field sales professional to grow territory revenue, achieve gross profit targets, and expand the Brasseler brand with dental offices, labs, and institutions.

You will Present, promote and sell products, manage the sales funnel in a CRM, contact leads via cold calls, and build lasting customer relationships.

Requires at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and a Bachelor's degree; heavy travel and office-based work with commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven sales record.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Gross Profit Target for Territory through sales achievement.
• Present, promote and sell products using Brasseler value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnel.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
