Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a driven Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk construction solutions across an assigned territory in the United States, including Spokane, WA. You will generate leads, close deals, and expand relationships with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners using consultative selling to demonstrate value.

You’ll partner with Topcon Solutions and Autodesk Platinum Partner status, travel as needed, participate in trade shows, and craft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
